# How to buy SPORES with your TFT Follow these three steps to get your wallet ready and buy SPORES. ### Step 1: Make sure your TFT are on TFChain Your TFT need to be on **TFChain** before you can use them to buy SPORES. If your TFT are on **Stellar** , open the **Bridge** in your wallet app: 1. Select **Stellar** as the source and **TFChain** as the destination. 2. Enter your receiving TFChain wallet address in the **To** field. 3. Enter the amount you want to bridge. 4. Check the details and transfer fee, then click **Submit**. **Seeing “Address must have a twin ID”?** A **twin ID** is your blockchain identity on the ThreeFold Grid. Some older wallets may not have one yet. To add a twin ID to your wallet: 1. Open your wallet in the app and tap **Info** in the bottom-right corner. 2. Under **Secrets** , copy your **TFChain** secret. 3. Go to [dashboard.grid.tf](https://dashboard.grid.tf) and log in using that secret. Logging in will automatically create a twin ID for your wallet. You can then return to the app and try the bridge transfer again. ### Step 2: Log in to the migration portal Once your TFT are in your TFChain wallet: 1. Go to [migrate.projectmycelium.com](https://migrate.projectmycelium.com/). 2. Click **Login**. 3. Enter your **TFChain mnemonic (secret phrase)** for the wallet holding your TFT. After logging in, you will see the TFT balance associated with that wallet. **Keep your secret phrase private.** It gives access to your wallet. Check the website address carefully before entering it, and never share it in messages or screenshots. ### Step 3: Buy SPORES Click **Buy SPORE** and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. Review the purchase details before confirming. The deadline to buy SPORES at a discount rate (1 TFT = 10 SPORE) is being extended until the end of the year to make sure we are ready for the Marketplace launch and to give people enough time to convert at this rate. ---

Thanks! I did check my wallet in my threefold connect app and saw the TFT’s were on Stellar and not TFchain. Now I changed that, so my TFT’s are now in my connectapp in the TF chain. Though what I found strange, I did already have my TFT’ s visible in my migration portal and changed them already to Spores. I don’t quit understand why, but I think now my migrationportal is uptodate and ready for migration, because I do see my farm, my node and my TFT and Spore balance in migtation portal. Sounds this ok? ---

Hey @remko! Yes, that sounds correct. If your **farm, node, TFT, and SPORE balances are all visible in the Migration Portal** , then it looks like everything is properly synced and you should be ready to proceed with the migration if you haven’t done it yet.
